Question about Outlook Express

When I view my inbox, all the time is displayed correctly. When I open an email and view the "From" "Sent" and "To" fields, then the time is correct. But when I click reply then suddenly the time in the "Date" field is 3 hours behind the actual time. My computer clock has the correct timezone. My outlook settings have the correct timezone. It is HIGHLY annoying.

Now after changing my timezone settings to something else and then changing them back to the right one it somehow shows the right timestamp on some of the mails I try to reply to and wrong for the rest of them. How is this even possible? Any help and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I recently tried accessing my old email address and nothing I did worked for me. I filled out all the questions they asked and still nothing... Am I missing something? I don't know what else to do to recover my password.

Hello, my old laptop has died and I've downloaded Sky Drive to my new laptop and when I log in, it's completely empty. What's happened to my files?! Thanks 

so I followed the steps I saw online, I tried calling, to which I was referred online since I have a free account (obviously since I'm not making them money they dont give a ****). 

I own an IMac desktop, an I-phone and an I-pad.  I use all three interchangeably.  Since a recent upgrade to my IMac, and a change to IOS7, I can't send or receive hotmail on  any of them.  I didn't change any passwords or settings in hotmail, but it won't work.  My gmail account works well.

When I open outlook.com, the downloading hourglass spins and I never am able to see the messages.
