I can't seem to search through my past emails. I will type in a keyword and only a few past emails come up. When I know there should be tons more coming up??? Have even tried in the advanced search?

Some of my folders have turned into sub-folders and shouldn't be. I do not know how it happened, but it did.
How do I make a sub-folder into a folder again?
I tried to move them to no avail.
There are two issues: 1) All my emails older than 2 weeks old (10/7/13) have disappeared on my hotmail account. They are not hiding in a POP folder or anywhere else. I need them restored. 2) I have spent over 20 minutes searching for a way to contact someone
about this issue unsuccessfully. Does Microsoft "Help" even exist? Why is it so hard to contact someone? Can you make it easier to get assistance?
