I am having an issue with receiving emails from one specific person. I have received emails from others at the same domain so I'm unsure why this  one would not go through. I have checked my blocked senders, filters, etc. I verified they have the correct address. I had them send the original message to me through another email exchange and I verified the address was correct. Please help!

I have a few questions regarding outlook and outlook.com.  I have outlook 2013 which I would love to use as my primary calendar, but I have an android phone and the two of them do not seem to play well with each other.  Is there a way to sync the calendar on my phone and outlook 2013, it seems like there should be.
Second,  Is there an easy way to sync outlook 2013 and outlook.com/ the calendar metro app?  I would assume that there is, but if so it doesn't seem very intuitive.  As I see it if I update an appointment in Outlook 2013, Outlook.com, the calendar app, or my phone that appointment should sync everywhere.  I hate to say it, but Google has that pretty well down pat.
Finally, is there a way to retain the category/ color selection if/ when appointments move from 2013 to outlook.com?  My calendar is most effective when I can see the category/ color.  To make calendar distinctions is of little use to me, I'm more concerned with the category of the appointment.

I hope there is some help here other wise I'll have to move to a different calendar solution.

 I accidently hit the CNRL Key and ……???     Now my Hotmail/Outlook has all my mails with an ICON designation (folders and trash can) as referenced below.  I can tell that my email is “running” some program every time I log-in to Hotmail.   This problem is only on my WORK computer not my home computer and not on the APPS.

My question is HOW do I stop the program from running and How do I delete the two icons attached to all my emails?

 

 

 

When a E Mail arrives I do not get a 'Sound' when it is received

my hotmail.com account seems to have been closed in the last couple of days.  I have had this account for years and did NOT close it.  Please advise on how to reactivate this account
