every time I even try to go to the msn website it asks me to give this information or it won't even let me go to the main page let alone my Hotmail account. It only does this from my home computer.  I don't want you to have any add'l info or I'd have given it to you before.  how do I stop this?  I've had this account for over 15 years and will switch to google immediately if there's no solution
