Question about Outlook Express

This missing wldcore.dll keeps comes up on my Windows Live Mail 2012 and when I'm trying to print some information from the internet.  I've tried 3 times to repair Windows Essentials 2012 ( which I assume is Windows Live Mail 2012) but the following keeps showing:

"Couldn't repair Family Safety, Mail, Messenger, Photo Gallery, Movie Maker, Writer

Unknown eror occurred  -  Error.0x800c0006   Source:crt90-i386"

I know that Windows Live Mail 2012 is not supported now and a similar question was asked on 14 August 2012 - is the answer to this question still good?   I can (after a fashion) find my way around the internet but when it comes to solving problems and it's telling me to copy this then paste it but doesn't say where to paste it, then I'm lost.   I really do like my Windows Live Mail 2012 so can anybody help me with the missing wldcore.dll?

I am trying to create a short video that is similar to that used in the vine video 'ryan gosling won't eat his cereal'. Instead of the spoon I want a hand holding a mirror. Is this possible in windows movie maker ..if so how would I do this?

Windows Live Mail has started asking for a sign-on.  We have never had to sign-on and do not have a username or password.  Is there any way we can send and receive mail?  The last time we were able to was 6/23.  Thanks
