Question about Outlook Express

This is recent development (since 26th Feb 18).  I have already tried sending an email to myself using my webmail and picking it up in Windows Live Mail and NOT getting the [SUSPECT} message, thus proving it is NOT a BT server issue.  When I send an email to myself using Windows Live Mail to both send it and receive it then I DO get the [SUSPECT] message?

I would like to uninstall Live Mail program from an old lap top with Windows 7. I have now installed Outlook mail as part of my subscription. I want to free up space on my lap top since it is running very slowly now.

I have put together a slideshow using Windows Movie Maker but I need to remove a duplicate picture. When I right click on the picture and click on "remove", the entire slideshow goes off the page and I have to select my movie maker slideshow again. Can someone tell me how to remove or delete a single picture from my slideshow using Windows 7?
