Question about Outlook Express

Hi .

I am trying to open an old very important family video which from memory I have had for a couple of computers and it hasnt been opened for ages

I now have Windows 10

I have installed a program called Wondershare as it is supposed to convert these MSWMM files to MP4 but it comes up with a file format unknown error

Also downloaded Movie Maker 2.6 but it comes up with the same error message

These files I am trying to open hold great significance to the family and I will be very grateful for any help

I can't delete any e-mails out of my windows mail.

Ok. I get that Live Mail is no longer supported. No problem for me. What my problem is, that i have no longer option to install any other language pack. Only four (US, UK, AUS and CAN) remain on the list without option to install any additional languages.

Is there any way to manual install spell check in Live Mail? For example if i want install russian or polish? Where i can download installer/files for that? And eventually where i should put them? I have Office 2013 H&S installed with proofingtools but i guess one have nothing to do with the other...

Can anyone help?

Writing a long email, suddenly the page ends and I can write no more.  Bottom of pane hangs OFF the screen where I can't see it, and I can't scroll down; if there's more to write I have to start a new mail.  

Could someone please tell me how to save a time adjustment for a caption? When I change the time in seconds for a specific caption in a specific slide (Windows Movie Maker), the original time remains upon playback. Is there somewhere I have to click "save" when I change the time for a caption on a specific slide in my slideshow?
