Windows Live Mail fails to launch – Error: “Unable to open message store” when starting the application

I saw your solution that had us open %USERPROFILE%..." and delete "Mail.MSMessageStore". I do not find that file when I open that %USERPROFILE. Can you suggest another solution. This is for Windows 10.
