Why i cant open image from windows photo viewer??? Its opened, but its showed just a black.. not a photo i opened

Hi, lovely people. Today I was happily browsing the web looking at stuff when my screen froze. I tried many times to do something with it, but it stayed frozen, so I turned off the PC. I just turned it back on, to find all the icons shortcuts on my screen are about 35mm square!
I went to settings but cannot find out how to correct this. EttiieA

I am currently using Window 7 Utimate for my computer.
Lately, for whatever reason, my windows live mail can send out emails but not receiving incoiming emails.
The error message appears on the screen after I try to download my incoming emails is as below :

My laptop is plugged in but "not charging." I've had it for less than a month so my battery shouldn't be defective but my outlet is also fine. This doesn't make sense unless I was sold a faulty battery.

In YouTube - Error - The server rejected the video - Try troubleshooter - No Luck!!

I just purchased Office 365 with a Microsoft chat person on line. He did not stay with me as he said he would. I never saw "Start "All Apps", so my subscription is not activated
