After having a security alert of someone trying to access my account from Google I changed my password (a couple of time) and not I cannot access my Live Mail

My PC died (cpu/motherboard issue). It was windows 7, with a windows 10 free upgrade (never again!) I was running Windows Live mail on it. I bought a new PC pre installed with windows 10 and of course I know I can't install windows live mail in it. I had loads of important emails, folders etc in WLM. Without having WLM installed, how to I get at the old files exported from the old hard disk drive and imported into a new mail system? Every forum I've visited says the only way to import the files is to export them when you have WLM running - impossible in my case, since it won't install in (pre-installed) windows 10! Any ideas anyone? thanks in advance.
I have had a person helping me with issues on my work pc.
This person has stolen my car and I have been told during his time as a 'user' on my account he may have visited sites relating to my finding my car.
I deleted him as a User about 3 weeks ago. Can I still find the sites that he logged into when he was a user? Other than myself, he's been the only ther user on my account.

I am using Windows Live Mail in Windows 10 and just opened a new gmail address. All my new mail keeps going into the trash instead of the inbox.

In my windows live email, my sent messages do not store in the sent folder. The emails are sending through but there is no record of my sent messages.

What causes that?
OMG how in the heck do I delete email address from the Mail App and/or the Contact. I can right click on the contact in the app, but the "delete" will not work. I hate this. I have so many old and wrong email address and I can't delete them. This is why I love my Apple products. This is the most worthless app I have ever used.
