Lately when I turn on the PC, the Windows Live Mail program is already running, and competing with other programs.
I have not placed it in Start Menu, or set it to run automatically.
I only want it 'on' when I turn it on.
I have just received the below mail. Is it spam or should I follow its instructions?

I just bought Movie Maker Pro from Microsoft. I has no toolbar like seen in tutorial videos. All it has is what you see in this. I can not go to any other screen but this one.
I'm trying to make a slideshow, but can't zoom out on the timeline or edit. The whole project.
my svg file upload unsupported but I haven't had a problem in the past.
help.? do I need to do a drive update?
if so how?
