Question about Outlook Express

We are trying to send a few group emails in Outlook 2010, maybe 50 to 75 recipients.  We cannot and I am hoping someone can tell me if it is possible to change settings to do so.

Usually, we receive a large group email and then need to respond but have not been able to respond since the number of recipients is larger than what we normally make email response to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So i've been editing a series of videos for my grandma's birthday and it's like a very urgent thing. I just need to put all the videos together as a whole thing and like add music and titles and effects and stuff. And i met this problem that i've never had before. When i get to add videos or simply edit one, it doesn't work when i click the button. And I'm not able to save the movie or to change the volume or to add anything. So i had to restart the program or even restart the computer. and it happened again. It's sort of annoying, like really. I tried to fix it and it didn't work out. I reinstalled the movie maker 2012 but it still does things like that at times. So how am i going be able to fix it?

I agree that this is a critical ERROR.  What is anyone doing about it?  How can I fix something that won't even start????

WHERE CAN I GET HELP?

Since downloading windows 10 from windows 7, I find that all the photos/video's located in' Photo Gallery' have been duplicated.

When I try to delete a duplicated photo, a shadow (grey) square remains, where the photo was, which I find I cannot be deleted.

Is there a way to remove all duplications in one go without leaving the grey square in its place.
