I'm running MS Office 2011 on a Mac on a business network. When I hover over a contact, it causes Outlook to crash. Is there any way to fix this?

Every 3/4 times I open WLM I am faced with a screen where at the top instead of the normal taskbar I have a broad black line running from the left to the right hand side of the screen. The mouse icon keeps revolving and I cannot do anything with the app other than to switch off my pc and restart it hoping it opens ok the next time and it someones does. I was on to Microsoft Chat line for over an hour recently and although took over my pc remotely what ever was done did not do any good. I have had this before I installed Windows 10. Has anyone any ideas they could suggest to me? Regards David

A month back WLM became mildly sluggish. It's now to the point where the "not responding" takes ages. Also all past and current email have been converted to text / html attachments. I'm able to view email in webmail where all is fine.
I've used WLM for ages. All folders contain important email. I backed up WLM (extension .fol) into a folder but have concerns that the back up contains the (botched) email containing the text / html attachments.
I've researched and attempted all on-line fix suggestions that aren't too geeky. None have worked. Please advise if there's something more I can try...thanks
I have an issue with mi Windows Live Mail, when I select mails from one specific email address, a window appears asking me for an user name and password. It exactly says "The server wmail.kynungshin.co.kr is asking for your username and password. The server reports that is from kynungshin.co.kr. Warning: Your username and password will be sent using basic authenticationon a connection that isn´t secure."
This started yesterday, but I have mails from previous dates with the same issue now, when it did not happen before.
I read some other questions but I did not find an specific answer. I hope you can help me.
