There are 37 pictures on my camera but only 14 will import There are 2 videos but only one will import also They were all taken the same day with the same camera, on the same SD card, etc. I get an error message saying 23 photos could not be imported
but no explanation as to why. Anyone else encounter this? BTW I am running Windows 8 on a Toshiba laptop and camera is a Fuji FinePix JX if that helps.
I have put together a slideshow in Windows Movie Maker and I try to open it to do the last finishing touches and an error occurs, it state the file is not compatible or corrupt, I hope I don't have to redo it as its for a friend and I may not remember
where everything was and there is a lot of photos and music involved, HELP :(
I upgraded to Windows 10 which slowed down my laptop so reverted back to Windows 7. Then Windows Photo Gallery wouldn't work. Tried reinstalling Windows Essentials and got various error messages. Tried all the solutions on the forum but couldn't uninstall MLE program from control panel, nor from the command line and eventually managed to uninstall using Revo as recommended on the forum.
Have cleaned up the registry, done a disk clean up, restarted and still can't install . Have been trying this for over 5 hours and last attempt got the error message below. Firewall is turned on as advised on the Get Help link. Can anyone please help as I am getting desperate now! Thanks

In Office Mac 2011, I can edit regular e-mails like changing their (subject/title)s but can't for calendar e-mails. Is that normal in Mac 2011 version? I can do this easily in Office 2010 in 64-bit W7 EE SP1.

I just got a new computer with Windows 10 Pro OS. My computer tech saved my entire old hard drive and installed it in my new computer along with my new solid state hard drive, so I can access my old hard drive on drive F. Since I had everything I thought I would need on this old drive, I had no worries about email contacts.
However, on the old system (Windows 7 Pro) I used Windows Live Mail 2011. On this new system, the newest Live Mail I could get was 2012, so we installed that. I found the contact file (contacts.edb) on my old drive and copied it to the Windows Live Mail folder on the new drive but it does not pick up the contacts when I open the mail program.
How do I get this info from the old drive into the new 2012 live mail? I no longer have the 2011 version of the program on my computer to open up the old drive contacts and export them.

I'd like to be able to cut and paste a large section of pictures that got somehow misplaced by Movie Maker. There's a huge gap of empty photo spots and I was wondering if I could move them as a group, instead of individually. Doing them one at the time
is frustrating and VERY time consuming. Hopefully there's a way to do this. Please let me know. Thanks.
I installed a social icon font for a website I was developing and it has somehow worked its way into Live Mail so whenever I first read an email on my iPhone it gets set for the font of the sender's text, which is very hard to decipher social icons as
text. If I copy and past the text into a text editor it it normal, but just reading it in Mail it is set to the social icons. I have removed the font from the Fonts folder in the system, so somehow Mail is till holding on to it. I have tried the normal routes
of changing the font settings with no luck. Could there be something in the registry that is still holding onto that font?
