Question about Outlook Express

I have been doing a already mixed and edited 60 min. audio track and adding picture clips to a project on the Movie Maker that came with  windows XP, ... The the computer went belly up. Lost the project.. the movie maker project was not saved..my bad, now I'm paying for it (luckily audio mix and clips where saved).

I now have a windows 7 w/ windows movie maker installed on it. The XP version was easy for me to use, the Windows Movie Maker is becoming a challenge.

 I can lay the audio down but can't get the video clips to mesh with the audio track at the edit points I need them in......

 Help..

I have a new laptop, and I would like to move the custom dic. from my old laptop to the new one.  Where do I find it on the old laptop?

Window Essential / Photo Gallery > Can't use photo gallery to put photo's in folders . What is the best app you use ? How do you do it step by step ? So , eventually you can take a copy out of the computer of ALL photo's .

  Once , I get answers to run 8.1 maybe then , I'll try Windows 10 !!!
