It is my first time using Windows Live. Error message "unable to send or receive message for the Ymail account. Error code "0x8DE2007".

When I'm adding video it stuck. I can't go on and I need to close the movie maker.
Im trying to add QuickTime or MP4 format.

I can receive emails on any platforms but i can't send mails via Outlook on PC this morning.
No settings were changed. I've tried the tips from Microsoft Support to change the SMTP port to 587. It did't help.
I tried different ports 25, 80, 3535 and 465...Nothing happened.
restarting Outlook and restarting the whole system x 10...Nothing happened.

I use Cox webmail as my e-mail, and when I attach a photo from Photo Gallery, it has a black background with the words "view collection" in the upper left corner. When clicked on, all my pictures come up; I do not want the recipient to have access to
these. I could not find the "snip tool" mentioned in the support video sent from Ramesh Kumar to capture a picture of the screen. I didn't have this problem until I updated Windows Essentials a few weeks ago.

When I open the mail program, a message box tells me that it's recovering the mail store database.
After a few seconds, another message pops up saying "something unexpected happened, and live mail must close".
Clicking the "OK" button closes the program immediately.
If I ignore the message, the mail program works correctly and I can send and receive emails, and my messages are not deleted even though the message says changes haven't been saved.
