Question about Outlook Express

I have Photo Gallery on my PC with the import settings in AutoPlay for pictures and video files as '... using Photo Gallery'. When I connect my camera and camcorder it goes straight to the photo gallery import setup - it is on Windows 7.

On my laptop I have just installed Windows 10, I could not find Photo Gallery, which had the same settings as my PC, so I downloaded Essentials to get Photo Gallery.

The options on AutoPlay are not the same - Photos has an option for importing to the gallery but the videos does not.

I have tried various combinations of how to import but no matter what when I connect the camera or camcorder I have to go through various sequences to get to the same Phot Gallery import sequence.

Why is the straight option of 'Import pictures and videos using Photo Gallery' not available, is it a new retrograde version or dose W10 not allow it? I sincerely hope it is not the later as it will be the second thing I have found in as many days that can no longer be done on W10 from 7.

I use WLM to collect emails from Hotmail (outlook.com).  If I open an incoming email in WLM Quick Views it has the yellow banner "unknown sender".  If I open the same email in WLM from the inbox folder under Hotmail there is no unknown sender banner.  There is no banner anywhere on emails received in my non - Hotmail/outlook.com accounts in WLM.

How do I lose the yellow banner from Hotmail messages in Quick Views, please.
