Question about Outlook Express

Been using windows livemail for years......I have two email accounts receiving and sending and one is working and one is not....am getting the following error message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Server: 'pop.broadband.rogers.com'

Protocol: POP3
Port: 995
Secure(SSL): Yes

Anyone have any ideas?

Hello -- does anyone know if it is possible to insert shapes (simple square, rectangle, etc) into a video for a few seconds and then have them vanish? I am trying to add graphics to a video to label and/or cover-up other elements in the frame(s).

I'm using Live Main in windows 7.

There is an email i can not delete. I've tried repairing windows essentials,  I've deleted it from my server's website. I've also right-clicked it and marked it as unread. Nothing works and any help would be greatly appreciated.

When i try to delete it live mail freezes and i get an error message with these details:
