Question about Outlook Express

Hi everyone,

I've been using WMM for awhile now, and just recently began having some issues with my videos. When I watch them in the editing screen, everything is fine, but when I save to MP4 and then watch them, I get some flickering and some flashes of green. Here's an example that I uploaded to YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=diwvWo8jxWo (you can see some quick flashes at around the 57 second to 1:00 minute mark. I haven't made any changes, that I'm aware of. It's not a huuuuuge deal, but it's a bit frustrating. Would really like some advice.

Ridiculous! NOTHING should be this hard! I was able to fix the one loan picture that it thought wasn't usable by rebooting the laptop. Next up, unable to convert the video to a .wmv or .mp4. Kept getting a memory error. Had to break the video into FIVE parts to get it to convert. Everything looked good. Until I tried to play it. When I broke it into parts, it only split up the photos. It plays the same music for every segment. I spent hours - and significant dollars downloading and applying music. I want to cry. Right now this appears to be a nearly worthless program. I should've stuck with an Apple product.

A few weeks now, I keep getting asked to input my password.  I have changed it numerous times with the instruction from Time Warner who is my internet carrier and then it works.  Now, I know I have the correct password, but it continues to say that I have an incorrect password.  Then a window appears telling me that I can not send or receive emails due to incorrect password.  

I can receive emails using my iphone 6s and I can also get my emails when i go into the time warner mail page using the same password, but that password is not working on windows live mail.  

I am using windows 7 and I have an HP laptop.
