The quotation marks WLM displays in my outgoing Unicode messages are smart (directional) quotation marks, and that would be fine, except that the direction is very often wrong (beginning marks are displayed as ending, or vice versa). Ordinary dumb quotation
marks would be fine. How can I correct this persistent WLM error?
My pc and printer all in one are connected, but when I try to import it says no connection is made. And the Essential doesn't offer troubleshooting. Can anyone help?
Original Title: Windows Live Mail and On-line Favorites
Recently updated to Windows 10. Having two problems:
1) In Windows Live Mail when I retain received messages in the In Box they are often sent to trash (sometimes they just disappear) when new messages come in.
2) Under Favorites (on line) I don't find any way to sort the list of Favorites into alphabetical order. New ones just add on at the bottom.
I have transfered it over OK but when I got to send/recieve, it requires authority but will not authorise password in Window Live Mail??

I'm getting emails on my iphone 6 but when I delete them they still appear in my live mail inbox when I open it. If it delete them from my live mail, they still stay on my phone. How can I get these two to sync so I only have to delete emails once instead
of doing double the work? Help please!!
