I believe that the problem with Windows Mail 12 started shortly after I downloaded Windows 10 sometime in Feb.

When I open Windows Live Mail I receive a dialog box stating that "Windows Live Mail has stopped work"

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will  close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

But I never receive a solution. If I  X out the box the mail program closes. If I leave it and move it, I can read my mail. I thought it might correct itself automatically...But it hasn't. Sometimes my emails go out after 2 or3 attempts, but other times they never go out.

In windows live mail lengthen time before an email is marked read.

Deleting undeliverable emails

I tried to send an email with attached photos.  A windows live email error message appeared that said the email was undeliverable because it was too large.  How do I now delete this undeliverable email?  Windows Live Mail keeps trying to deliver it and it is blocking any additional sent messages.

Passwords not holding on my Hotmail accounts

A few days ago, when trying to send a group message from my Hotmail account, I received a message t verify my account before the group send could occur. I went to the Hotmail.com site too do this. When I tried l logging in, it would not accept my long used password. I thought this odd, but I used the forgot password routine and set up a new password and this was confirmed from Microsoft through my alternative address. But when i tried signing in with the new password, same issue and I could not log in. I changed the password a couple more times, got the message confirming the change but unable to used the password for log in. I then set up a new Hotmail address and the password let me in there, but when i logged out and tried coming back in, the same password circus. Any help on this? I really would like to keep my original Hotamil address and password as they are also associated when i sign on my computer (Windows 8). Thank you.

Create HTML signature in Windows Mail 12 (Win 8.1)

I have trouble creating HTML signature my e-mail in Windows Mail ver. 12 in Windows 8.1.  I successfully created first signature and it worked fine and then I wanted create second signature and as a result I am getting on "X" mark instead of inserted picture.     Tried it multiple times using png or jpg pictures, erased old signature, disabled security future for blocking external pictures - and still nothing.

Please help.

Windows Live Has stopped downloading email message for one of two hotmail accounts

I use Windows live email for three email accounts; My wife's and my hotmail accounts and my Charter email account.  Windows Live has not downloaded any of my hotmail messages since 5:40 pm CDT yesterday (4/3).  When I log onto Outlook.com, I can see that I have received at least five emails since then.  Windows Live continues to download email messages for my wife's hotmail account and my Charter emails.  I'm running Windows 7 and Windows live version  2012 (Build 16.4.3564.1216).  Any help?

I'm running windows 7 and Live mail 2012, I have just created this email account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and when I check for mail I get this message '

Unable to send or receive messages for the Outlook (~~~~) account.

Server Error: 3219
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005'

It still works fine with my old @live.co.uk account.

I have clicked on the update link but the website reports 'Page not found'
