Question about Outlook Express

After creating a video in Windows movie maker, and saving it to use on other devices I receive "class not registered" error. Windows 10 is saving it as an mp4 and not as an mpeg file. How can I correct this?

I recently updated to the Anniversary Update of Windows 10. I have Movie Maker and all of the other Essentials. Upon loading I get an error stating that the DLL is incompatible or corrupt. This happens on all the apps.

e.x.

"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCR110.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f."

It is known that reinstalling the apps won't solve the problem. MSVCR110.DLL is a core file and is used to operate certain programs, including Essentials.

does wlmm have any keyboard shortcuts, I can't seem to fastforward a video clip

and another thing is how do you cut out lets say the beginning of a clip because the beginning of my clip is garbage and the video actually starts like an hour later.  my video is 2 hours and 55 minutes.

I tried installing windows live movie maker 2011 but Microsoft doesn't have that download anymore!
