Question about Outlook Express

I have outlook (hotmail) and I basically use Windows Live Mail on my computer.  It all works perfectly and it synchs with each other and with my Iphone however, now Microsoft informs me that they are doing away with Windows Live mail (why would they keep something that actually works) as it will not synch with their new improved Outlook (does not look improved to me).  I have an msn premium email address for which I pay monthly and nothing on MSN works anymore.  This all had me baffled.  I need an email program that does not limit the desktop to pages like outlook does.  I downloaded the mail app as Microsoft instructed but like others, only new mail is going into it.  My folders are all empty.  I have no idea what to do and the language all the advisors are giving makes no sense to me.  Can anyone help??????

My outlook is constantly saying 'updating ' on my iPhone. Therefore I'm unable to to view or access anything while this is operating. Been like this for last 5 days. I have latest updates. Most frustrating as I'm powerless to see emails or send from my phone. Does anyone know how to fix this problem I've not experienced this before. Most greatful. 

When I save my movie and play it back afterwards, there is a weird beeping sound at one point in the video. The audio fades out, there's a high-pitched beep for an instant, and then the audio comes back. It's extremely annoying and noticeable. The beep isn't there when I edit the movie, but it is after I save it. I know it's not my video player, so what's going on? I haven't seen anyone else complain about this. Just so you know, I am editing 60fps 1080p footage from a videogame.
