Question about Outlook Express

My Windows Live Mail has suddenly stopped working on my Dell Lattitude laptop, which uses Windows 10.

I have not made any changes to any settings...Can you help me please?

I know how to change the font size for composing emails.  It is set to Largest.  That is not my problem.  My home page where my email accounts are listed on a side bar with In-Sent-Drafts-Deleted items, etc. are listed is suddenly extremely tiny.  I need a magnifier to see them.

Please do not tell me to go to Options-Mail-Fonts.  Already know about that.  Need help with home screen only.  This happened indirectly somehow since I did not purposefully do it.  People continue to say the home page fonts can not be enlarged, but if they can be downsized, they surely can be enlarged back to the norm.

I am trying to install the Windows Movie Maker in my Windows 7. For that i have downloaded the Windows Essential 2012 and While installing i have selected 'Choose the programs you want to install'. But for me the system is showing the windows movie maker under Installed programs list.

When i check the Program Files (x86) and Program Files , I dont see any folder like Windows Live or etc.,  And in my control Panel there is no Windows Live.

Kindly help to overcome from this. I am struggling for Movie Maker for past 1 month. 

So, I was making a video for my Youtube channel. I'm gonna try to explain this as good as I can, sorry if I don't. I had made a song, and I was in the process of putting a tiny clip of a video to each note in the song. It's a fast paced song and I used aproximately 2 hours to do 75% of the song, so a lot of tiny videos everywhere. Then when I was about to scroll down to the end of the song to work on it, my all my tiny videos got corrupted, but I know how to fix it by save it as a .wlmp, then it should be ok again. But no... The videos was completely out of sync with the song, it looked terrible. 

So I'm wondering, will these files be out of sync forever? Or is it a way to fix it? I really don't want to spend another 2-3 hours making it again. Thanks for your answers!

I normally access my Hotmail account via WLM client. This worked fine at home using my normal router. At the moment, I am away from home and using a Wi-Fi modem, since when I get this message:

My CEO's live account has been blocked. We have tried to go through the secret questions and have been unsuccessful in recovering the account.
