Estimados:

Muchas gracias

I have a problem printing a pdf file full page that is sent by a client to my E-mail.  It always starts to print the PDF file/page about 1/4 from the top of the page and it always cuts the bottom part of the page that I am trying to print.  I am using Outlook for Mac 2011 14.3.9 and I am using Mac 6.8 software. If I send the file to my G-mail account and I open it up in Firefox or Safari it will print the PDF/page file normally and the spacing is normal on my 8.5x11 paper with no information being cut off.  The Outlook problem happens both with my Brother laser printer and my Epson photo printer.  I called Microsoft support and they said that my problem is an Apple issue and they do not support PDF files.  Can anyone help me print PDF files normally through my Outlook for Mac 2011.  Thank you.

Outlook for Mac 2011 14.4.1 (140326)

Connected to Office 365 hosted exchange server.

Each time I attempt to "Open Calendar" for Shared calendars, Outlook is triggering an auto discovery event. In the Outlook log file I see

Outlook Exchange Auto Configure Error code: -3259

What does this error code mean?

I have a user who is having an outlook mailbox password issue.

He has two machines at work ,he is running windows 7 with office 2010 and a mac-book with Mountain lion and office 2011.

His password expired so i when into AD and reset his password . Neither machine would accept his new credentials for Outlook, for his windows machine I followed this guide :

http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/fix-for-outlook-2007-constantly-asking-for-password-on-vista/

i renamed his %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Protect and his windows machine is no longer asking him for his password .

I'm not familiar with mac enough to pinpoint how to trouble shoot this same issue .

Does mac-have a similar workaround as in this guide? If not does anyone know where i can start ?

I have few Apple mail archived files that I need to import in outlook 2011 for mac. These archived files contains thousands of important emails and each is quite large in size (largest one is 15GB). I have tried some measires to import these files into outlook 2011 for mac but each failed with an exception every time. I need to import these archived files asap as time is running out and I need some data to finish up my project that is stored in those archived files.

Please help me with genuine solutions.

I have a number of bookmarks for companies that offer .olm to .pst files but I've no idea is better than the other... prices seem to be in the $99-139 range but I would like to know if anyone has first-hand knowledge of one or the other and can point to the veracity of one application in particular.

Thanks,

Clinton

Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased Office for the one reason... to use Outlook. I'm currently using Exchange for my email through my company which works perfectly fine on my iPhone and iPad.

I purchased Outlook about one week ago. Set it up with Exchange, and it worked fine for a few days. When I would come home and use it, everyday for the first 3 days it would tell me the following error message:

Mail could not be received at this time

The server for account "xxxxx" returned the error "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?

I would enter my password again, and Outlook would start working again. Then suddenly, the same error message as mentioned above would appear, but my password would no longer resolve the issue. I've asked my IT department and they have no idea what's going on. Apparently my IP address doesn't even show up on their servers. Can someone please help me? If I can't get this resolved, I will definitely cancel my subscription to Office as the only reason I purchased it was for Outlook.

Thanks.

- Peter

I am noticing that some, not all, of my inbound emails are switching to plain text formatting vs. HTML.

Any idea why some would change and others do not? At first I thought this was the sender, but found it is definitely in Outlook as the same emails will appear fine on other devices.

I have checked all of my preferences. I have removed Microsoft pref files, and I have recently rebuilt my database (don't know if that has helped or not yet). Any ideas?

Thank you for your assistance.
