When I sign into my Hotmail account this message comes up
Your account is not ready It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account. Click "Go to Family Safety settings" to finish the process and get into your account.
when I click on what it tells me to click on this message comes up

no matter what I try to do it will not let me get onto my account

They are experts in your field of inquiry and would be in a better position to address your concernSo here I am posting on this forum, hoping someone will be able to help. I didn't violate any of the terms of use, so I am assuming that my account was hacked and used for spamming purposes. I reset my account password a few days ago but that didn't make a difference in regards to my account being re-opened.
I see only a blank box where the picture(s) should be. In the top, left corner of the box there is a small colored symbol. It is NOT a red X. Left or right clicking on the symbol does nothing. Also, please tell me what show as "zip" means. Thanks! Chrvenka
When my friends receive an email from me, its a name not my email address - which I would prefer if to be.
Any idea how I can change this name and add mmy own?
