Every time I open up Microsoft Outlook there is a new folder titled "the file so that changes to the file will be reflected in your item." The other day I had about 20 of them. I was able to delete all but 2 of them; the last 2 won't delete. How do
I get rid of them and how do I prevent them from coming back?

Can someone please help me with the issue I am experiencing.
I am attempting to sync my iPhone 5 and iPad 4, both running running iOS 7 to my Hotmail account. Everything is set up as it should be, but is not functioning correctly. All of my contacts are syncing. However, the calendar items are not. This applies to any historical or existing future events, but if I add a new event for a future date, it appears to sync successfully. I require ALL of my events, in the past and the future to sync.
I have tried removing and reading the account, changing the sync days, both without success.
Can this please be investigated and fixed.

I just set up my OUTLOOK 2010 and I can't toggle the working on and off line, to online. Clicking on the red X and globe does not work. Send messages not show up in my OUTLOOK mail box. These were test messages sent to myself and a friend. When the
friend replied, no message was in my OUTLOOK mail box, just my regular one.
I just migrated from Outlook Express to Windows Live mail using W/8. Is it possible to set WLM so when I click on the WLM tile on the Start menu WLM will start up AND download my mail as well? I see no sense to have to click on "send/receive" and a second time on "all accounts".........

The message was pointing me to a customer support form which is another issue. It loops indefinitely, I see nowhere that the message was sent or that I sould wait for the reply. It's like it's like that on purpose, so that people can't contact support for assistance.
