I have Office 2007 and Windows XP. Outlook will not send/receive except in Safe Mode. Normal opening, Outlook just freezes. I deleted a lot of emails and it still will not open up. I can get on in webmail and Safe Mode, but not normal opening. Help!!!!

i have a microsoft works spreadsheet in my PC skydrive but I can't open it in the web skydrive or iPad Skydrive app?
My mom has an ASUS Transformer that we got for her last year, and somehow it has the wrong login information when she goes to outlook.com. My brother logged in to his email at some point, and now instead of having her username and password ready to log
in, it has his.
I've cleared the cache, I've set the Transformer to clear all form information, I've had her log in with the "Keep Me Logged In" box checked, and I've come to the conclusion that the information must be stored on MS' servers rather than on her device.
Does anyone know how to reset this so she doesn't have to delete his info and enter hers every single time? It is extremely annoying and frustrating -- to her, to my brother, and to me.
How do we reset outlook.com so it is set for her to login (or it automaticallly logs her in)?

About 10 years ago I created an email with hotmail. Due to identity dilemmas in that year I did not use my real information when I created the account. My email has been hacked, and I no longer have access to the account. I changed my phone number after I realized my email was hacked, and I cannot verify my personal information when I created the account. I must have access to the account or preferably close the account. But again, I cannot verify any of the information or use alternative emails because I am not receiving anything in my alternative email. Do you know how I can close that account??

I cannot access my Microsoft account because apparently "it looks like someone else might be using my account". I have tried many times to verify the account but to no avail. It keeps asking for a security code from an email that I cannot access and when
I try and fill in the questionnaire I don't have enough information to prove that its mine. This is really **** me off as I have school and uni work along with my Xbox Live account which I also cannot access now. Some assistance to get my account back would

HI all - having a problem with my mother-in-law's computer - for some reason it can't sign into the Outlook.com account I've set up for her any more.
It used to work but had problems with displaying the People page - in attempting to troubleshoot I reset the cache, removed AdBlock, and reset the zone settings to their defaults.
Since then every time the browser tries to go to outlook.com it gets in a Ping-Pong match between login.live.com and blu177.... and eventually gives the error message shown above. It's been a couple of hours now and the behavior is consistent.
Her account seems fine. I've tried changing the password but that didn't help. She can view her calendar (which directs to bay01...) and Skydrive but not Mail or People, both of which seem to be housed on blu177.
From other computers the same account can access both Mail and People which both still appear to be coming off blu177 at that time as well. She can also access from Chrome on the same computer - just not IE.
I subsequently downgraded to IE9 from IE10 but the problem persists. She's not computer savvy at all so we don't want to have to explain to her how to use a different browser...
Anyone have any ideas?
