I use Windows Live Mail for a Charter.net email account.  I am unable to receive email from 2 friends (out of 200) who are in my address book. I can email the 2 friends but they cannot email me or reply to me.  I can receive their email on Charter Webmail but their email will not come through Windows Live Mail.  Can you help me receive their mail?  This is not new.  I'm just tired of dealing with it.

I have a number of hotmail accounts but I just want to keep one. How do I delete the others but keep the one that I use?

I have a number of hotmail email accounts but I just want to keep one.  How do I delete the others but keep the one that I use?

I'm scared that if I close one that it will delete all of them.

My hotmail account appears ‘Offline’ and won’t send messages from my MacBook even though I can receive them.

When I use the mail application on my MacBook, I can receive emails however when I try to reply to them, it says that there is a server issue as my hotmail account is 'offline'. When I go on to my preferences and opened up the advanced settings, it appears that the SMPT (The outgoing mail server) is offline and the POP(incoming mail) is working fine. I have tried both selecting and unselecting the SSL check box, re-entered my password and I have also deleted and re-added the hotmail account to my mail app. When i log on to outlook.com both servers work fine and I am able to send emails from here so I am at a bit of a loss to why they wont send from the Mac Mail app.

I would be grateful for any suggestions on how this problem can be resolved! Many thanks.

this problem is accruing at many other IPhone5 with my family Members since one week.

sending mail take to long, can not view previous emails at Inbox.

I did delete the account several times and added but still have the same problem. 

it happen only on IPhone, I don't have any problem in browser at computer.

i can't reinstall windows live mail 2012---i keep getting error--wllogin amd64---something is blocking the reinstall is the message i get---i tried nearly everything on the internet from reputablesources---wlarp---disabling security---firewall------standalone install-----etc.  -------does anyone have a solution ?

I am still not getting my emails sent to my iPad. They said the problem was fixed! I only have old emails from June. None of my folders are downloaded

They said the problem was fixed with devices receiving! Mine is not fixed!!! I am not receiving new emails. None of my folders are downloaded. I get a message saying their is an error and can not connect! Help. How long is this going to be. It has been days.

The other day I received 36 'Delivery Status Notifications (Failure)' reports. None of the reports were for emails that I had sent and they were all mostly to aol accounts, but none to any of the accounts that were in my contacts list. All the emails were also in my sent items folder. All the emails had attachments, none of which I opened, and all were had watches in the headers. Has my account been hacked? I have changed my password to a more secure one now. Do I need to do anything else?

STILL not fixed!

I haven't been able to access my hotmail on my iPad since August 14th. Not sure why Microsoft is indicating that the problem is fixed.  I've tried deleting my account on my iPad at least 5 times and that hasn't helped. Is there something else that needs to be done?
