me hackearon y me cambiaron los datos

esto es lo que pasa me cabiaron la contraseña... y para recuperarla tengo asociado un telefono pero ya no me sirve... entonces yo antes normalmente llenaba un formulario y la recuperaba si se me olvidaba pero ahora lleno el formulario con mis nombres fecha de nacimiento y pongo 5 claves que le e puesto a ese correo que es este *** Email address is removed for privacy *** tambien le pongo asunto de mensajes enviados (dos asuntos) y envio el formulario y me dice que no es correcto que porfavor vuelva a llenar otro formulario y ya lo he hecho varias veces y no puedo poner mas informacion porque no me se mas.. supongo que le cambiaron el nombre la fecha de nacimiento y esas cosas espero que porfavor me ayuden a recuperarla se los agradeceria este es el correo para que chequeen *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

    Also on the page where my mail (Inbox) would be has a Header at the top that says " Live Mail is attempting to Syncronise, Please try back in a few minutes".

    I have Restored Advanced Settings, and Restarted my computer 2Xs, without any positive result.  Unable to Send /Receive mail, and do not know how to fix the issue.  Hope someone can help me?  I am running Windows 7 Professional and NOT using the Outlook, just using Windows Live Mail.

    Hello!  I'm having the same (or similar) problem as others here.  I'm not very computor savvy, and do not understand much of the advice given so far.  For example, I went to the page "How do I add an account to Windows Live Mail?" as advised in the message above, and can't see that it tells how to "reconfigure" my e-mail account.  

     

    I use Windows 7.  Windows Live Mail has worked for me for years.  Now, suddenly, I can receive but not send.  The messages I've tried to send do exist; they sit in my Outbox.  I've tried to send to another of my accounts, and the messages don't arrive. 

     

    The error message shows an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle.  It says (I'm translating here from the Norwegian):  "There were some problems....  See below if you want more information."

     

    Then there is a long green bar.  It starts over now and then, and fills up quickly.

     

    In the box below  it says (translating again): 

    Delete the e-mail with image, form a new one and try to send it again. 

    Server: 'smtp.online.no'    Windows Live Mail Error-ID: 0x8CCC0003

    Protocol: SMTP, Port 25, Sure/safe (SSL): No

     

    Not all the messages in my Outbox contain images; just the first one.  It's strange that the ones without images don't go through, if the image is the problem.

     

    I hope someone will be able to help me fix this, giving VERY clear instructions.  Thank you.

    I recently had to do an urgent system restore, but lost my windows live mail app. I have reloaded the app but have no emails in my accounts. Can anyone tell me how can I retrieve all of my a old email messages. Thanks

    It was said that microsoft was aware of the issue and we're fixing it but the problem still exists.

    When using a outlook.com email with IMAP the emails sync find.

    With live.co.uk I have the problem of the emails not syncing properly as well as every time i send a email it appears in my inbox as I message sent to me from me.

    Any ideas on a fix?

    This issue is very annoying and has been occurring for at least a month
