Hello

In Windows Live Mail 2012 (desktop application), if you reply to a message which has a subject starting with "Re:" and containing 2 or more colons, WLM deletes a word from the subject.

For example, if I received an email with the subject "Re: Tip: Test", when replying to this message, Windows Live Mail modifies the subject automatically to "Re: Test".

Clearly this messes up grouping messages by subject and has been causing lots of trouble to us trying to locate previous replies to certain messages.

Has this bug been reported before? Is there an official channel to report it to and get it fixed?

Thanks

I received an email that said "Final Warning 27/10/2013" and it was supposedly from Outlook saying that my account was going to close unless I clicked on the "click here" link that was provided. I know enough to know that this is a spoof email, but I want to know if there is something that I can forward this email to so someone can look into this. Paypal offer's an email address for just such emails, but does Outlook?

Thanks.

I keep getting error message that WLM is unable to locate one of my folders and that I need to update my folder list. I tried to delete the folder but I am getting error message folder not found help thanks. Mz Dee Johnson
I got an e-mail from Outlook.com telling me that my mailbox is filling up too quickly.   I archived most of my mail but when I sync hotmail doesnt' seem to recognize it and it still shows all the e-mail.  Messages are bouncing and it is my primary account.  Please help me find a solution.

I have a Gmail account running in Live Mail and have one particular contact that Live Mail removes any attachment from before posting to the Inbox.  The contact is in my address book and is listed in my Safe Senders.  I do not have trouble receiving attachments from any other contact and when I forward e-mail from this contact to Live Mail using my cell phone the attachments come through.

Any suggestions?

I am running Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail.  I am unable to locate any written documentation on how to configure Windows Live Mail the way I would like.

1 - How dot you send a notice of information to an entire list of emails after they have been entered in a category.  ?

2 - How do you set the application to delete all messages received and looked at so that the deleted messages do not "pile" up in the program?

3 - How do you set the application to always show images for all messages?

Is there a method to "find" assistance on the operation of the program.  The "Help" button is pretty much useless.

Thanks for your help

Every time I get an email, I always receive it in my inbox twice. Two duplicates of the same email. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
