How do I change the password of a user under my domains.live.com hosted email accounts? I want to change it myself, as we have people come and go and we need to save their emails.
Dear Sir,
after trying all the the possible options I come to there for solving my problem.
I will tell you the whole problem.
My email account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) was created by one of my past employee and I do not know the exact information which he entered at the time of sign up.
Now when I fill the form for getting password the form requires me to enter recent send emails and some other personal information. But I have not sent any email from my account and also do not know exactly what information my employee provided.

Can you guide me how I can recover my account?

Regards,
Amir Zaman

Unable to send or receive messages for the Btinternet (nickcjames) account.

Server Response: -ERR inactivity timeout

Server: 'mail.btinternet.com'

Now it doesn't work at all.....

Hi Guys,

I administer a few different domains using this 'support@.... account under the  'domains.live.com' service.

I want to give access to ONE of the domains to another person, so that they can create and administer email accounts under THAT domain only.

But I don't want them to have access to any other domains I have listed under this account.

Is there a way to either:

a) Grant admin access to someone to just ONE of the domains under my support@ account?  or

b) Is it possible to move/export a single domain (with all email addresses), from our support@.... account to another account without disrupting the flow of emails?

Hope you can help - Thanks in advance

Simon

We are experiencing a challenge with Windows Live Mail 2012 on a computer running Windows 7. Upon opening the program, we receive unknown error 0x800c013e.

There is a single POP account set up in the client. Settings for this account have been verified to be correct.

We have repaired the Windows Live software from the Control Panel. We have rolled back the update to Internet Explorer 11; when that didn't work we reinstalled the update. We have also removed and reinstalled the software.

None of these actions have yielded any different results, and we're running low on ideas. Any suggestions?
Windows Live Mail, with my two email accounts if FROZEN, trying to send 2 emails (probably duplicates).  The program will not open, will not let me cancel those emails, will not let me STOP the emails.  Help!

I use windows live mail for 3 of my accounts 2 of them are comcast accounts.   i just discovered my main account isnt sending mail to people.  the other email account and hotmail account have no problems sending email .  I even tried to do it on my old windows 7 pc which still has windows live 2011 on it.  could send from other comcast and hotmail but not my main comcast account.  i am able to send from this comcast email using comcast website.  i checked and rechecked my ports on both pc's and it is the same.

I have no idea how long this has been happening for or how to fix it so I am hoping someone here can help me be able to send emails from windows live.

I am able to send from this account from the Comcast.net email client so Comcast says the problem must be with windows live.

thanks
