Thanks,

I am unable to send out an email by typing in the Category name.
Also the + plus sign to expand the email list inside the TO: box does not work.
Help!
Update: I found some advice to Sign Out of my Windows Live Mail account, and then Sign In again (which required my email password). This appears to have restored by Category mailing function.
> What would be nice to know is why Signing Out and Signing In clears this. Maybe the Help Desk could elaborate.
One of my Microsoft Account IDs is setup for two-factor. All was working at some point via an Authenticator app.
Go go login today to register a new device to run the Authenticator. Says I haven't logged in recently, and asks for the second factor.
Have tried multiple times using Authenticator token for old device, birth year, and a code sent via email. Every one I've tried ends at:
There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."
This has been going on for over six hours for this account. My other two-factor account is working fine. (Was challenged for the second factor on that account as recently as last night.)
Wassup with this? What's the workaround to get normal sign-in access restored?
I want to change my primary alias. I have done what is required and received the e mail telling me to click the link to complete the change but for several days now I have just been directed to a page saying that the service is temporarily unavailable. Not sure how long temporary is but it has now been three days. Is there another way to change the alias or does anyone know what is going on with the link?
Thanks
