can't send email
I recently got an email saying this: http://prntscr.com/1vl8ku Is it a scam or not? I'm a bit confused, because the email that sent it ends in @outlook.com
My brother's account has been blocked, after MS flagged it for some reason. He needs to get to the account as it's his main one.
However, as he started the account years ago, he doesn't have all the details needed for the verification form.
I have tried to speak with an agent on chat but all they do is cut you off.
How can he get his account reopened?
Win7/IE 10. I am using ".live.com". When I receive my notifications for the day, even though I have 5 appointments (for today)...my emailed schedule to my "Inbox" shows none. Does not matter which category I am expecting..."My Birthdays", "My schedule, My Calendar" etc. According to My Calendar online... there are appointments, according to my email schedule from the Calendar... I have no events! I am asked in my daily emails today, if I would like to "Stop getting Notification?" Which "it" appears to have already made the decision for me!

How to get round this error message from my Mac Mail app for my outlook/hotmail IMAP account

When I try to move an email to another folder, the "Move To" just blinks on and off, so I can't choose a folder or move the email out of Inbox. How do I get the blinking to stop so I can use this feature?
it takes two attempts to log in, despite entering the correct password on the first attempt itself. after the first attempt it shows me the error of an incorrect password despite it being correct. This has been happening since over 2 months.

I have inquiry about hotmail account (outlook now), the old emails I received more than 2 weeks suddenly end up in trash (delete).
I have also ASUS windows 8 laptop and I am using mail application as the default email client, I added hotmail account, also I noticed that the old emails (<2 weeks) goes to the trash.
when I talked earlier with Microsoft regarding different issues with hotmail, I think if I am not wrong, they said similar thing for old emails. So I thought to endorse this issue to you guys, maybe someone witness similar thing and found a solution for.

I can log in but cant access any emails, folders, delete, transfer to folders. It looks like Outlook is still thinking about what I want to do.
I cant download images emailed to me in my hotmail in outlook.com. My partner and I both have hotmail email and use the same laptop to sign in, he can download no problem so it cant be the browser. Any ideas?
