The folders were my filing system for storing online correspondence and documents I emailed to myself. How do I get them back?
Skydrive hasn't run correctly or synced since I installed Windows 8.1 Preview in June. The Icon never appears on the taskbar. Please help.
When my boss sends an email to a gmail account it bounces back. We think this is because it thinks we are a robot because of our long domain name. Is there a way that we can fix this without having to notify our client?

i have a problem, in the past days we have made new email accounts with mydomain.com and a lot of users have hotmail.com or outlook.com accounts, the question is how can i syncronize all the contacts and old emails between two or more accounts?, for example
i have changed the settings of mydomain.com account to send mails from the outlook.com, and in the outlook.com i forwarded the mails to mydomain.com, but i can't see my old mails and i'm going to login only with mydomain.com for now on.

Hi, I do not seem to find my unread mails in my Inbox. Its indicates that i have unread mails but when i click on it, there are no unread mails. Pls kindly advise. I have also cleared my cache and restarted my computer. This has been on-going for about

Hello, my email account has been locked, i have been asked by microsoft to complete a validation form in order to access my email account i have now completed three of these forms each time i get an automated response stating the form was not fully completed,
however much of the form is irrelevant such as billing information. If anyone has any help on this it would be much appreciated as i need to access my emails
The outlook generates error messages as shown below & cerates "sync issues".

Recently when I try to forward an incoming email to one of my contacts I get the message:-
Please use the following format for email addresses: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. If you're using category names or nicknames, make sure you don't have any typos.
The program now seems to treat my contacts name as a typo!
I am obliged to retype the address to send.
Can multiple Skydrive accounts be causing my network access lockouts at work? Something keeps trying to authenticate access at work. I have a personal Skydrive account at Live and one through work using Office 365. Can't seem to pinpoint the cause and
this has been going on for almost two months. Any help is appreciated.
