Please check the domain and try again (1479978268:301:-2147467259)
I am able to send emails to this domain from gmail, aol and others. I have checked DNS to ensure that mx records are correct.
Can anyone help me?
My account was hacked 2 days ago. An e-mail address was added to my account. When I figured out that my e-mail account was hacked, I changed the password. When I went into my account, I saw that the language had been changed to Arabic & I posted that question & found the link to change it back to English.
Now, 2 days later, I see that I am not receiving my e-mails. Apparently, the hacker went into the Settings & added their e-mail address in order to have all of my e-mails forwarded to them. I deleted the hacker's e-mail address but now when I am trying to update my new password for my MSN e-mail account back unto my iPhone, in order for me to receive my e-mails on my phone, I am receiving the message that says "Cannot Get Mail - The user name or password for "pop3.live.com" is incorrect". I believe that means that it's the hacker's e-mail/password that is still associated with my MSN account & that is what's causing this problem/error message.
So my question is "How can I change the "pop3.live.com" e-mail/password back to mines???????? And once that is cleared, how can I retrieve my e-mails from the past 2 days that the hacker had forwarded to him/her?????????
Thanks Martin
