Like many users, my inbox emails are suddenly lost beyond a couple of weeks ago.  This seems to be a rolling disappearance as time passes.
I have posted here and received a "private reply" which was essentially useless.

Is there help for this?

Should I migrate to another service??
Hi , is it possible to transfer multiple folders from "User1" to a new user "User2"?

Thanks
I'm just a new hotmail user and can't find out how to avoid having to reenter account name and password every time I go back to my mail. With Livemail I only had to sign in when at a new computer, but even if I move from an incoming message to a site referenced in the message it seems like I have to reopen Hotmail. And clicking the little icon that offers to "keep me signed in" just doesn't do anything!

Has anyone figured this on out?

Thanks
My inbox have been cleared of all my emails. It currently contains only emails received after October 2013. I am positive that I did not delete those e-mails as there are hundreds of them, some as old as 15 yrs ago. Would appreciate if you could restore all, if not most of the emails as these are important to me. Many thanks in advance.
All my subfolders disappeared from Windows Live Mail (I am using Windows 7, and just couple of weeks ago it was still fine).

I already repaired Windows Essentials (as advised on this fora), but it did not help.

What else can I do?

On outlook.com I am not allowed to create any more subfolders, it tells me that I reached the maximum amount. What is the maximum?

Thanks

I am able to send emails to this domain from gmail, aol and others. I have checked DNS to ensure that mx records are correct.

Can anyone help me?

My account was hacked 2 days ago. An e-mail address was added to my account. When I figured out that my e-mail account was hacked, I changed the password. When I went into my account, I saw that the language had been changed to Arabic & I posted that question & found the link to change it back to English.

Now, 2 days later, I see that I am not receiving my e-mails. Apparently, the hacker went into the Settings & added their e-mail address in order to have all of my e-mails forwarded to them. I deleted the hacker's e-mail address but now when I am trying to update my new password for my MSN e-mail account back unto my iPhone, in order for me to receive my e-mails on my phone, I am receiving the message that says "Cannot Get Mail - The user name or password for "pop3.live.com" is incorrect". I believe that means that it's the hacker's e-mail/password that is still associated with my MSN account & that is what's causing this problem/error message.

So my question is "How can I change the "pop3.live.com" e-mail/password back to mines???????? And once that is cleared, how can I retrieve my e-mails from the past 2 days that the hacker had forwarded to him/her?????????

In Outlook.com when I try to import an existing Calendar from an ics file into Outlook.com  https://bay03.calendar.live.com drops the link before the job is done. So I cannot sync my Calendars. I have tried both firefox and MS Explorer 10.  Please can someone advise what is causing this issue

Thanks Martin
