I have a Galaxy S4 and just downloaded the new version of the Android app today. This is the first day I have used the app on this phone.

I have unchecked the Vibrate box under Settings >> General >> Notifications >> Email Notifications

However, when a new message is received, the phone still vibrates. The only way to get it to stop vibrating, is to turn off notifications all together, which I don't want to do.

Is this a bug in this newest version? Is there something else I need to do to get the vibration to stop while still maintain the notifications?

Thanks!

I cannot send e-mails from my Android smart phone anymore.  I have had my Hotmail account set up on my smart phone for years.  All of a sudden I cannot send e-mails but I can receive e-mails just fine.  When this occurs I get an error message on my phone stating it was "unable to send mail."  I have deleted the account from my phone twice and re-established the account and I still cannot resolve the issue...there seems to be a problem with the Outgoing server settings (will not connect to the Outgoing server).  I have tried several times to correct the account settings to fix the problem but I keep getting errors.  I know my user name and password so that is not the issue; I can log in online on my computer and access my Hotmail without a problem (send and receive emails).  I have played with every field under the Outgoing server setting and I cannot get it to work.  I either get an "authentification failed" error or a "cannot connect to the mail server" error.  This has been happening periodically for the past few months.  I called T-Mobile and they state it's not a problem with the phone.  I have attached some screen captures of the error message.

I have been trying to find out where my Hotmail account has been logged on from - in the old Hotmail this was easy to do and on a couple of occasions I had a log in from somewhere at the other side of the county and I would immediately disconnect this log in and then change my password - I cannot seem to do this on the new outlook - could someone please advise?
I accidentally deleted an e-mail.  Went to the deleted folder and see no way to undelete within the app.  I finally went to the web browser and fixed it that way.  Am I missing something or is this function not possible in the "Play" version?

HI,

I have problem with printing out from windows live mail for Thai font that can't be read..

It shows sth like this " โอนเงินแล้วตามรายละเอียดแนบเป็น 4 รายการ "

with same email printing out from outlook.com is perfect.

Cheers,

For the last day I have not been able to reply to emails or generate new ones on our main computer. My spouses account works fine, but mine does not.  My outlook does work on a different computer. What can I do to fix the problem on my main computer - again spouse's account works fine.
Can anyone help I seem to have hit a perfect storm. Just as my Skydrive storage came up for renewal my bank discovered attempted fraud on my credit card cancelled my existing credit cards and issued me with new cards. As a result my renewal charge failed. I received an email from Microsoft informing me and asking me to provide valid card details. I attempted to do this but I have just changed employer and used my old work email for my account security. I have to change email this now, which I can do but as a security measure Microsoft will not let change this email until the middle of next month. As a result I cannot change my credit card details. This date is long after my Skydrive renewal charge is due. Is there anyway that I can ensure I do not lose data on my Skydrive until this is resolved? There seems to be no way to contact Microsoft directly to resolve this.
