skydrive says i need an update to continue using it but it takes over a day to download the update?? my internet connection is working properly

I tried creating an Organizational login using my company email address, but i received an error during the application process, but you still created the login. Because of the error I couldn't login to an Office 365 cloud site, so I closed the account thinking I can re-create it, now it won't let me telling me my company email address is "not available". why? I can't even edit my existing Hotmail account to add it as an alias.
Google gave me an email address that I don't want & I can't get rid of it!!

Each time I click in a webpage to send mail, it fails and tells me to hit "retry" and then manually add/attach a JIT Debugger, but I can't find out what one is!!! Anyone? I could really use the help!
I recently got a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and synced it with both gMail and Hotmail. Everything is working fine, except that now my Hotmail contacts are getting altered. I think it's something to do with the syncing process.

When this happens, Hotmail's own email system doesn't recognize the altered addresses. That means I can't use my built-in contacts to originate emails. I can go to the People screen and edit the contacts back to the "before" state, and then they work fine.
But pretty soon they get altered again. I'm pretty sure it's a sync problem, but I have no idea how to fix it.
P.S. The contact alteration only shows up in my iMac desktop Hotmail account, which I access with Google Chrome. The contacts synced to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 don't get altered.
I have all the pictures saved in my computer used on a project created in another computer. When I try to edit the project on my computer, it does not recognize that I have the pics on my computer. How do I direct the Movie Maker to look for the pics at
the folder where the pics are?
I need to recover my email address and the automated system doesn't confirm it for me. What else can do to recover my email address?
I'm getting an error that states "your skydrive folder may have been deleted, or if your skydrive folder is on an external drive it may have been removed." My SkyDrive folder is where it's always been and I am able to access all of the files in the folder.
How do I resolve this issue?
Is it impossible to install skydrive-desktop app on Windows 8.1?
If that is the case, how do I delete a Microsoft Account? (Going back to Dropbox)

My problem started when I tried to add Outlook to my new Samsung phone. I kept getting a message that the password did not work on my phone for outlook. I never had these problems when I had added Outlook to my Blackberry.
Finally I removed Outlook .com from my phone altogether, and have since changed my outlook password twice. Now I keep getting a message when I sign into my outlook account on my PC that I have tried to use the wrong password too many times and it makes
me use a second verification using the symbols and letters.
The problem is I have NOT signed in with the incorrect password at all. So why am I getting this message? Is someone else trying to access my account and is that why I keep having to sign into this dual verification? It is really getting old. I am
thinking of shutting it down completely.
