Rules for sorting incoming mail not working

I have two folders under my Outlook.com Inbox, named "John" and "Mary". I've set up rules to move incoming mail to Folder "John" if the To or CC contains "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", to Folder "Mary" if they contain "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***". They usually work well!

Here's the problem - if I receive a mail with To: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, I get two copies of the email in Folder "John" and none in Folder "Mary".

The same happens when I have To: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and Cc: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

How do I get one copy automatically sent to "John" and one to "Mary", as intended by the sender?

Why are emails going to my junk folder when they had previously been authorized to go to my inbox?

For the past couple weeks, email that had been approved to go to my Inbox have been appearing in the Junk folder. I have made no changes to my settings. 

How do I find out what email account my skydrive is connected to?

I set up a Live account for my skydrive when I first got my W8 computer. Now I can't remember what the account is so I can't log on to it from another machine. The skydrive works fine on this computer - can it tell me what account it is associated with?

¿Why don’t I have any backed up devices in my settings?

I have a Windows P.C. (Windows 8.1 (Blue)) and a Windows Phone (Windows Phone 8).


Although I have a Windows Phone 7.8 and Windows Mobile 6.5 I know that SkyDrive doesn't back-up their settings, on my other devices I have SkyDrive for automatitic back-up and sync and for some reason it doesn't show that I'm backing up any device, this is most peculiar as I have both a Windows Phone 8 and a Windows P.C. so I must be able to read about the device back ups on the website.



But when I go to my P.C. settings I'll see this:



So I wonder, ¿how can I see where my device settings are on the web? the web app doesn't show anything. :-(

¿Is that meant for these devices?

Still showing Pending Changes

I have a domain : shitalmetals.com. Earlier I was unable to register this domain on live.com, and finally when posting this issue to MCSFT, the domain registration issue has been resolved.

Now, the issue is, I have pointed the MX Record in my DNS and it has been reflected successfully, but even after clicking on REFRESH button several times, it still showing Pending Changes.

Therefore, request you to plz do the needful and allow me to add email ids as soon as possible.

The current MX Record is : 4d19457607fd41bc57bcb713f0e0f6.pamx1.hotmail.com

Hi there, 

We are the domain owner of girlgamesmaker.com and want to attach this domain to outlook.com mail service but got this error message saying the domain name cannot be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language.  Please kindly help me to resolve this issue -- thank you; and am looking forward to hearing from you again.

Hi,

I get this message 'This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language.' when i try to registar www.residentialsecuritysolutions.co.uk as a domain for use with outlook email.

This is simply a security website with an email address for questions.

Can this be sorted

on 3-10-13 i sent a message via samsung anrdoid now on my sent items on my outlook acc on pc the same message is repeated 6-7 times every day??

Hello

        I have  suggested     earlier   and want  to   point out why  there is no  Folders tab  in the  left pane it should  display all default  folders  the custom folders  and  the   size of the  folders   listed   .

Will the  Cut Copy Paste buttons  appear  in   Outlook.om
