Attachments get lost after sometime of forwarding and replying of emails. Why is this so? How can i retrieve them?
I have tried the solutions -- provided in http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/signin/i-cannot-sign-into-my-account-what-can-i-do-to/3fa23b8c-dd07-4dfc-851f-e7cef7bda1bd -- that I can use right now with my other account being blocked, but it was all in vain. I've submitted the questionaire several times but was always told the answers were not correct! At other times the security questions are unreadable codes. What can I do now?
Besides, I set up a Yahoo China account as a backup but yahoo.com.cn is not providing email service anymore. Why did I get no email alert asking me to change it? Now I'm trapped.

I have a large amount of videos from a family event earlier in the year I wish to share. If I put them into a "view only" folder and share the link with my relatives will they all be able to use that link to download the files? Is there any problems with multiple people using the same link to download at the same time? There will be 30+ files totalling over 6Gb.
I want a "view only" in case somebody accidentally deletes instead of downloads them, and i want to use one link to share with everybody.

Help please. My Skydrive is working ok on my desktop but when I try and access remotely it tells me 'Sorry Something went wrong. Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to service status to see if there's a problem with skydrive'......No
idea how to fix this??

Hi,
I have upgraded to Windows 8.1 yesterday and gone through all the installation steps successfully. Windows 8.1 started 100%.
Mail, Calendar: When I opened Mail and Calendar for the first time, I logged on successfully and all the content there was synchronised. However, shortly after I realised that it does not show any new emails arriving. I have been using WLM 2012 (as a backup
for situations like this) and can receive and see emails there, as well as manage the calendar.
In Mail, Calendar whenever I try to synchronise after launching the respective app, I get the message: "*** Email address is removed for privacy *** is unavailable.
I am very stunned about this, as all my other app are working well. Best of all Gmail is working perfectly, while Microsoft's own apps doing the same job are not synchronising with my outlook.com account.

2) Identify the user(client) Storage Space Details.
3) Total Emails like inbox, Sent, delete, spam.
4) Adjustment of email storage space like 5 Gb to 3 GB
5) admin LEVEL REMOVE CLIENT Security like mobile numbers, email address
Where has the Skydrive Metro App gone?
After upgrading to Windows 8.1 it has vanished from the Windows Store.
The app is still installed on my upgraded PC's WHERE IT WAS ALREADY INSTALLED before the upgrade; but on the PC's that it was not installed on, it cannot now be installed because it is not listed in the Apps on my Microsoft account.
Anybody else seeing this?
Using Firefox on iMac. Will try another browser.
