I have a strange situation that In have been unable to resolve and suspect that the issue is with my Microsoft account, which prevents me from working with my organisational account (Office364 plan Education A2).
A few days ago my Sync client for Skydrivepro stopped synchronising. It was no longer possible to edit documents from the sync client or directly from skydrive pro. (Either permissions issues or path issues). (Editing from skydrive works fine)
Strangely this issue flowed through my domain connected machine (Window 8 and Office 2013), my personal laptop (Windows 8 and Office 2013) and Surface RT. None of these machines have been able to edit documents in skydrive pro.
Working on my domain computer, we reimaged the machine, but as soon as the Microsoft Account is connected to any service skydrive pro syncing ceases to work.
I created a new profile on my personal laptop with a new Microsoft account. Synching with skydrive pro works as does editing of documents in skydrivepro.
I am reluctant to discard my Microsoft account as I have used this email for many years. It would appear that there is some form of corruption in the account. Is there some way of testing the integrity of the Microsoft account?

I have a domain that I would like to transfer over to Microsoft. It's cumulus10.com, which is a personal website. Cumulus is a type of cloud, so this name is a whimsical version of "Cloud 9" or "Cloud 10" which means a happy experience.

Hello. My instgram suddenly signed out and when I tried to sign in it says the instgram reset my passwordso I tried to reset my password but I didn't receive any email I tried several times, didn't received it in the junk folder beside Instgram is in the safe sender.

Last week, I opened my email only to be met with a message telling me that someone is using my account. So, I requested the code as prompted on screen.... and it never came. And as such, my email account is now blocked. In addition, as I've been in contact
with the (useless) support team for two weeks now, I've been informed that my backup email is not the same. This is highly unlikely.
My email at live.com contains sensitive information as well as is linked to all my major transactions. As such, it is imperative that it is returned to me ASAP. I did attempt to fill in the form at https://account.live.com/acsr, but I am unable to completely
do so due to not remembering, which is understandable given this account was made when I was still a child.
This is extremely frustrating, especially since this also renders Skydrive, where my important documents are stored, inactive.
I have provided alternative solutions, such as evidence from Steam receipts within the blocked email, but they fall on deaf ears, as apparently because Microsoft takes my security so "seriously", they are unable to accept nothing other than the form.
Now, I've filled in the form umpteen times already, and I've received countless replies, which all contain the same message that "automated system has deemed the information insufficient", as such, none of my entries have been taken seriously. Then again, the
question asked mostly pertain to these:
Name any subfolders you have created other than the default (junk, inbox etc). My reply: NONE.
Name subjects and contacts who you've recently emailed. My reply: Again, NONE. I use this email for verification purposes, as well as an archive of purchase records.
Microsoft ironically suggests asking contacts for answers to the form if I cannot fill it in. But it was also Microsoft that suggested never to reveal personal information to others in the first place, so obviously that isn't going to help.
As such, I request the assistance of someone who can actually THINK instead of a support crew that only resorts to standardised answers (nearly 20 of them) in response to my queries, which are painstakingly typed out.

Whenever I try to access outlook, I sign in with my password and an error message comes up that says "You are already signed in, click here to sign out." I click the link and it takes me back to the outlook page to sign in again so I do and the error repeats.

My hotmail account is hacked and emails are been sent from that account to all in the contact list with request for money transfer. The alternate email address and phone number has also been changed by the hacker. Could you please close the hotmail account?
This is very important since false emails are sent and personal information is compromised.
Despite checking the "Keep me signed in" box, I have to type my full address and password to sign in each visit. How can I get quicker access to Outlook?
