It is now going onto 3 months since my husband's hotmail/outlook account has been blocked - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  He has been unemployed for two of those months and his work related emails have had to be directed to my email *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  Everytime you send a response which invariably has a link to it, you also a putup a message to say "*** Email address is removed for privacy *** cannot access this message".  When is someone going to resolve this issue.  You have all the emails, you can read all of my emails and see who we are.  WHAT'S IT GOING TO TAKE TO RESOLVE THIS.  CAN HE JUST OPEN IT UP TAKE HIS PERSONAL FILES OUT AND CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT??????  You obviously couldn't care less about peopleNOT being able to earn a living or they're unable to access their own personal information.  Can't believe this is still going on along with all these other hotmail/outlook customers????????????????

I just got a Windows Surface RT and was doing some word work on it. Saved the docs to Skydrive. When I try to access them on my PC I get a message saying 'Not enough quota is available to process this command'. Any idea what's going on?
Hello,

I forgot my password to my Hotmail account, and am unable to reset my password via my alternate email address, as I no longer have access to that email account.

I tried completing the questionnaire to regain access to my account, but was eventually directed by Microsoft Support to post my question here. If anyone can help advise me on how to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks in advance!

David

My Hotmail SEARCH function is STILL not working.  It has been OVER a year.  I have made REPEATED requests for help and keep getting the identical form letters with no solutions.  Several users have suggested that after Hotmail engineers "re-index" their accounts, the SEARCH function began working again.  I have repeatedly asked if this has been attempted on MY account and have specifically asked for confirmation at to exactly what has been done and/or what can be done.  I have yet to receive an actual "personalized" response and am beyond frustrated.  This problem has cost me quite a bit of time and money due to not being able to find information when I need it.  This is most definitely a problem on Hotmail's end.  I have complied with the numerous requests for added information, Fiddler Traces, Screen Shots, etc... and have spent a lot of time trying to solve this problem on my end.  IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!!  PLEASE HELP!!!!

It must be something wrong with Outlook, because I never experienced what I am experiencing now! 2 to 3 hundred of Jung mail per day, and almost all the same subject "Credit company's" asking me to check my credit score! I don't have crediiiiiiit! Leave me alone!!!! Does any one know how to solve this problem? I would appreciate immensely!

Mr. Desperado !

I am trying to add calendar from this URL http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/outlook/calendar-holiday-other

I've read a lot of the posts from here but couldn't find an answer for the this issue. It for every single calendar that I am trying to subscribe, I am getting this error "There's a problem with the calendar URL that you entered. Please make sure you've entered it correctly and try again."

Even I tried to open this web calendar from Outlook 2013 client using the URL "webcals://calendar.calendar.live.com/calendar/Malaysia Holidays/calendar.ics" it also doesn't show me anything.

Previously I still got Singapore Holiday calendar that is working fine. But after I deleted it now I cant subscribe it back also.

Is it anything wrong with my account or not? Because recently I just switched my Microsoft account from Hotmail to Outlook as Primary.

All of a sudden I am getting this error when I try to sign in to Outlook.com.  I am using a custom domain.

You've lost access to your email

The inbox you've been using is no longer available. This can occur when your account is owned by an organization, or when someone else confirms ownership of the email address.
You haven't lost access to the other services you use with your Microsoft account. However, you must choose a new primary alias to continue.

After updating to Windows 8.1, my SkyDrive has stopped working. I can still sign in via the browser, however when I open the SkyDrive app all I get is an error message "Your SkyDrive couldn't be created on this PC". My Pictures app also doesn't work. May I know how I may solve this problem?
