i tried to sync my hotmail with gmail and now all my incoming messages are in POP not the inbox how can i reset so my incoming messages go to my inbox

I tried to sync my hotmail with gmail and now all my incoming messages are in POP not the inbox? how can i reset so my incoming messages go to my inbox?
