This is the second time in three months that ALL of the messages in my Inbox disappeared. Deleted messages are still there, but the Inbox -- NOTHING. Even my flagged messages are gone. The last time I asked for help, I received a link that didn't work,
from an e-mail that didn't take replies. I tried calling for help, but the tech was more interested in selling me an anti-virus program than finding my lost mail. He claimed the problem was a virus in my Dell computer. The only problem with that explanation
is that I was using a MacBook when I lost the mail. How can I retrieve the lost messages and keep this from happening again?
Lately when I open SkyDrive from either my laptop, or my Surface RT, I am seeing this. Sometimes its even worse. this screenshot is from my RT

For the last few hours, I have not received emails to my hotmail account, even after sending test mesaages from myself and getting family and friends to send emails. It is nothing to do with filters or junk mail - I have checked all of the settings. Please
can a moderator send a private message to sort this out.
however when I go to window live mail, and then go to the search box type in mail, I am suppose to click on Junk, but my junk does not appear to be highlighted which unable me to click on, can anyone help please

I really hope you can help me.
I have had a hotmail.com account since 2005ish, and logged in this afternoon to find my entire inbox gone aside from 2 pages of emails, mostly from today/yesterday. The oldest one is from 11th October 2013.
I have not deleted them all, but went to Restore Messages anyway. Made no difference.
Do you think my account has been hacked? (I have changed my password in case).
I have lost so much information. :(
Am not sure new emails are coming through to hotmail either.

I have had this all day can anyone help. Everyone else accounts are working fine. Also Cant get on my I phone either the message there is Cannot Get Mail. The connection to the server failed.

So I just recently made a new password for my email and then it asked for my email verification. I clicked on send and it said we are sending the email. The 1st problem is that I dont know how to find the email. So I asked for another verification email
and I got a message saying the serivce has a temporary problem. I tried logging in on two mobile devices but got same thing. I recieved 2 emails this morning on an email I use all the time, one was the reset password and the other was steps to updating the
security and downloading the profile of my Xbox Live account. I reset the password but the security said to wait a monrh for the details to change.
So, has an email already been sent, or do I have to wait for the servics to work? And how do I see the email so I can verify the email address so I can use it for my Xbox Live account?
