I not getting my incoming mail

Hi,

I’ve stopped receiving incoming emails for this email account: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I’ve checked everything suggested here for similar problems… didn’t see anything wrong.

I don’t received it on Outlook.com or thunderbird software

I’ve tested sending an email from another email account to this one and didn’t get it, I’ve also asked for someone to send it to me didn’t received it… but I’m able to send emails though.

Ive tested the email on MX toolbox and it said it was unable to connect.

 

Can you please help me!

All of a sudden I am not receiving e-mails from a contact @Comcast.net. They are trying to reply to my sent e-mail from Hotmail. I never had a problem before. Why would happen, since I have not changed anything. Thanks

i do not have any menu bars in outlook. i have read through the other responses and nothing helps. i can’t see my calendar or tasks.

when I open outlook all I can see is my inbox. outlook does not look like it does when I look at the information on the Microsoft outlook page. I can't see my calendar, or tasks anyplace. there is no file menu. nothing.  the only thing I can see if my inbox.

How do I sync only calendar, tasks and contacts

I would like to sync only my Outlook.com calendar, tasks and contact to Outlook 2013 that is connected to my company's exchange server.

The Calendar items, tasks and contacts should also be "primary" and able to be seen on the exchange server.

I do not want my Outlook.com personal email to be synced with the .OST file or a .PST file on my computer.

The objective is to be able to see my calendar items, tasks and contacts in both Outlook 2013 at work and on Outlook.com.  I want to only be able to see work email in Outlook 2013 and personal email on Outlook.com.

Is there a way to do this?

I have my outllook.com email set up as exchange on my iPhone and my mail and calendar works fine, but I am having trouble getting my contacts to sync with my phone. Everything else syncs as expected. 

Scenario 1: I update a contact on outlook.com or the people app on windows 8.1 and the change is not pushed to my iPhone contacts and vice versa.

I have removed the exchange account and tried using the standard outlook.com set up on the iPhone, but that doesn't work either. 

Any suggestions?

8.1 sync speed and force update

Will Skydrive sync speed up with Windows 8.1? And will I be asked as Windows 8 user to update to 8.1 in the update section one day or do I have to force it manually somehow?

I have two MSFT accounts. Using the W 8.1 SkyDrive App, I don't see anyway to change users. Is there a way, w/o going to the web?


Also IMHO the SkyDrive app is about the worst thing I have seen. Why not break off the information that is off screen and put it under so it can be seen by scrolling down like on the Windows Phone, instead of having to scroll across.

I have made a 5 minute video which I want to send to a friend.
Apparently the video has to go to skydrive before it can be emailed and skydrive, will not accept it cos it's more than 100mg?
Is there any way of changing the settings in skydrive so that it will accept more than 100mg.

Can’t access my Hotmail (Outlook) account

Recently my Hotmail account has been asking for either a phone number or another email address for 'verification purposes' whenever I try to sign in. I did just (and ONLY just) find a way around this demand, but would like a more permanent solution in case it gets closed off. I am not interested in supplying the information requested. I've been in the settings, but don't see a box to check/uncheck to remove the screen in question. How do I get rid of it?
