Hello,
So I just recently made a new password for my email and then it asked for my email verification.  I clicked on send and it said we are sending the email. The 1st problem is that I dont know how to find the email. So I asked for another verification email and I got a message saying the serivce has a temporary problem.  I tried logging in on two mobile devices but got same thing. I recieved 2 emails this morning on an email I use all the time, one was the reset password and the other was steps to updating the security and downloading the profile of my Xbox Live account.  I reset the password but the security said to wait a monrh for the details to change. 

So, has an email already been sent, or do I have to wait for the servics to work? And how do I see the email so I can verify the email address so I can use it for my Xbox Live account?

1. Syncing
I've just bought a Surface and want to sync my PC with it and vice versa. I can't work out how to do it. I have a Microsoft account and assumed the syncing would happen automatically if I am logged into MS on both devices. Help!

2. Also, I have set up my emails to deliver to both devices but they only appear to be delivering to my laptop and not the Surface as well. I am using Outlook. I'd like to be able to read my emails on either device at any time, so I'm happy to have them deliver to both. Again, help?!

I am having trouble receiving the password reset emails from instagram. This is the only way I can gain access to my account, so I'm out of options here. I've tried going through the multiple steps- checking my junk folder, removing them from blocked senders. Since I don't use my hotmail account anymore, I think this may be part of the issue. Please help! I'd like to gain access to that email so I don't need to set up a new account. 

I've been receiving other emails and have tested my account, so I can receive, not sure why I am not receiving this email specifically.

Just installed Windows 8.1. Under Windows 8.0, I had a link to my SkyDrive under Favorites in File Explorer. That link is gone and I can't seem to get it back. Note that I am using a local log on to my computer--I do this because my Hotmail/SkyDrive password is long and cryptic (and only I have it), more robust than I need for my family's routine access to the PC. Seems that the only way I can get to SkyDrive now is through Internet Explorer, which takes away the functionality of opening and closing files directly through File Explorer. How can I get my SkyDrive link back to the way it was before?
Using Chrome on my Macbook, Outlook.com will accept my password, but then i get a screen saying : 
Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.
Then i cant access my inbox/emails. 
I can however, access the Settings, Skydrive, People and Calendar.

Using Safari on my Macbook, i get the same error message
My tablet (Google nexus) browser (Chrome) gives me the same error message.

My iPhone email app gives me an error message saying that my username/password is incorrect.
My iPhone safari browser say: Sorry, it looks like there was an error. Please try again.

I have reported the error using the link, but 2 hours later and i still can't get in.
Can anybody suggest a solution please?

Efter den seneste opdatering til Windows kan jeg ikke få min Outlook 2010 til at synkronisere post, hverken Hotmail eller andre.

Der gives en advarsel om at opdatere Outlook connector, hvilket jeg har gjort, men jeg kan ikke få programmet til at acceptere opdateringen.
