I have my live.com/outlook.com account sent to forward ALL email to an account at onmicrosoft.com.  The forwarding configuration is set so that forwarded emails are NOT retained in the live.com/outlook.com inbox.

About 90% of my email actually is being forwarded to the onmicrosoft.com account. For no apparent reason, some of the email is not forwarded and instead winds up in the live.com/outlook.com inbox.  I have had emails from one sender forwarded, while another email from that sender was not.

Given that most of my mail is correctly forwarded, there obviously is not a problem with the forwarding setup.  I have confirmed that the emails that are not forwarded never reached the firewall of the onmicrosoft.com server, which both confirms that they were not forwarded and is consistent with those emails being in the live.com/outlook.com inbox, where they should not be if they were forwarded.

So, why does live.com/outlook.com not forward all email when the account is properly set up to forward all email?

Dan

Ever since Hotmail converted to Outlook, I can't attach photos or files to my outgoing emails on my desktop,

but I can using my laptop.

I get an error message, something like "Please wait while Outlook sets up"... and nothing ever happens.

Both are using Win 7, and IE 9

Skydrive creates duplicate filenames by adding the machine name to the filenames like 'filename - PCNAME'- as mentioned here in several other posts...
I wanted to do a search for all these files by typing the PCNAME  into the search field but this leads to ALL files listed in the search result (why?). When I typed into the search field 'name:PCNAME' I get NO results! --> ?!? How can I do a search for all those file duplicates created by Skydrive?

Thanks
Martin

This happened once before and I communicated with you and you fixed the problem.
If a co-worker shares access to a file of their on the SkyDrive, does that file also take up storage on my SkyDrive account?
Dear Forum Moderators,

I am concerned that my account has been compromised either earlier today or yesterday. I wish to obtain the IP log history for the last week or so, including today.

I have done Part 1 as suggested by Team ZigZag i.e. to reset the account. I am now waiting for a moderator send me a private message so that I can send them the email from microsoft with the reset link.

Can someone please advise.

Many thanks,
Pablo
When trying to create a new email, when I click on NEW, nothing happens.  When I open an email and want to reply or forward,  I click on reply or when I click on the drop down arrow with Reply, Reply all or Forward, nothing happens.   Everything else seems to work fine (deleting emails, moving them, ect).   I am running Windows 7 with IE 10.  I have no problems on my laptop but this is on my desk top.   I suspect there is something in settings somewhere but I don't know what changed or how to fix it.
I'm trying to migrate emails and contacts from Outlook Express to Outlook via the cloud. I did it for one email address but it's not allowing me to do it for one of my aliases. I've already paid $49 for a consultation at a Microsoft store and they don't know how to do it either. There must be a way to access the alias and transfer the data. I have Windows XP and OE on a desktop PC. Using Outlook via IE on my desktop. Will be importing all stored emails and contacts to my laptop, which has Windows 7. Thank you!

I've subscribed to ad-free Outlook (in August). I still have ads in my inbox. I've been directed here for a resolution?

I tried to delete my account but everytime I try it says "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now". I've tried many times at different point in the day but it won't delete! I need help...
