How do I make the SkyDrive installed on my work laptop find the SkyDrive account I have with work through Office365? I am signed into both locations and the web app works fine. Signing into SkyDrive on my brand new laptop (same credentials as Office 365) provides no synchronization.


Additional information; there is no SkyDrive icon in the Notification area and; in Windows 8.1, with SkyDrive selected in Start, in the Charm Bar, under Settings, I see no "Options," as described in a response to "how to sign out of SkyDrive," for Windows 8.0.


I just graduated from XP (yesterday), so my in-depth knowledge of these new versions is severely limited and any help in finding resolution to this issue is most appreciated.

Outlook.com provides for on line storage only. Is there a way of storing mail messages on my PC, to be accessed even when there is no internet available, like travelling . Previously using outlook express, where all messages were stored on my PC and could view them even when there was no internet available.. Miss this feature.
I have 3 email account in outlook. 2 are hotmail. one is msn. the msn is my primary.  I keep getting an error on the msn account that says "connection to server is offline.    Any ideas why?  I really need to resolve this issue ASAP as I use that address for work.   The error code is 0x80040126
As per many other my hotmail account can send emails but not receive  i have tried all trouble shorting as well as deleted 90% of my emails, this has now been going on for 4 days 
I just reactivated my hotmail account due to inactivity yesterday or today. I bought a downloadable product through paypal which was sent to my email. I had them resend the DL link today at 530-6 pm and my inbox is still empty. How can I get this issue sorted?
I was using Windows 8.1 preview, I upgraded to the general release and all my emails are gone. I had half a dozen email accounts and many saved emails, sent and received.   I need those back, nothing was mentioned about losing everything when moving from 8.1 preview to full 8.1. I am very upset, I have spent hours and hours trying to recover and get setting back so I can function again.

So I had 2.84 GB of storage left. I deleted a bunch of files to free up space for things that really needed to be there. But, even after I deleted them, it freed up 0 space! Please help, this is very important!
Outlook.Com has a policy of not allowing over 25 attachments.Man oh Man Outlook.Com techs, I cannot forward an email which has about twenty attachments (pictures) because the attachments are numbered 100 to 120, so Outlook.Com denies forwarding because there is a limit of " 25 attachments" Outlook.Com must think there are 120 attachments. Gosh darn it Outlook.com
Hello-I am receiving multiple emails from the postmaster stating that that the number of emails sent exceeds the maximum number the account will open. This stared about 4 days ago. I had www.comcast.net receiving email from www.hotmail.com(Outlook.com) via Email Forwarding. I disabled Email Forwarding in www.comcast.net to eliminate multiple emails being sent to  Hotmail. I saw options for Forwarding one email to other addresses but no way to Forward emails from Hotmail to xfinitty connect. I do not get many options on Outlook.com(Hotmail) and I need to know if this is possible? The reason is if one email address is hijacked, I will still be able to receive all mail from the other  email account. How can I stop these multiple emails being sent?I am running Win8.1,IE11,12 GB memory and 1TB SATA HD.Thanks.
