I have been exploring the sweep function but can't get it to do what I want in Hotmail - now the new Outlook

I would like it to automatically delete all messages from my Sent folder after 60 days. Not just from one sender/to one addressee, but all messages in that folder. But the Sweep function is only available if you have already selected one email address. I want sweep to work for ALL messages in that folder.

Can I use wildcards, eg *@*.*, for email addresses so I can make the sweep function work on messages to any recipient in that folder?

Many thanks for reading and if anyone has the answer!

I down loaded window's 8.1. When you first run computer on and you put in pass word it also open's

my e-mail account and everybody can read it. I have changed password a dozen times but still

open's e-mail. How can I have a different password for e-mail only? On the windows 8 I had one for e-mail and 1 for

signing in. I think If I can't fix I will just go back to window 8. Pain in butt

How do I set up separate accounts to receive and send emails in each account idividually in outlook. I had Windows live mail acct and loved it when I upgraded it didn't work anymore. I have 3 separate email accounts for businesses and need this to be similar.

Can I get password modification and the ability to create aliases enabled on my custom domain "my-spare-closet.com" please?

This domain will be used for a small startup business.

Thank you

Where have all my e-mails gone? I noticed this evening when I was looking for a booking confirmation e-mail, that all e-mails before  8/Oct/2013 have disappeared, not sure when this happened I am in my hotmail account most days, but only noticed it when I had to find a specific e-mail. Nor does 'restore deleted e-mails' help it only recovered e-mails from 3/Oct/2013. I had many pages (probably more than 40) of old e-mails dating back several years. This seems to be a microsoft problem judging by the similar posts I have read.
Is there a way I can create a rule to leave last 7 newest messages from one person in the Inbox and delete the rest?
i use outlook.com successfully until 2 days ago. i now need to access the smtp and pop3 server settings to change passwords. can i do this?

One by one, contacts are disappearing from my Hotmail address book. Any idea why?

Emails not in folders on my MSN account sync but those in folders do not. A Samsung rep checked my Galaxy s3 settings and assured me that the problem is not with the phone.
