I have been locked out of my hotmail account for 3 days not sure as to why, i have tried to reset my password about a million times now and i cant ghave a reset code sent to my phone because the number connected to my hotmail account is no longer in service,
so i need to know is there a way that i can switch the number on my hotmail account, ALSO i have made 2 seperate new emails to try to get a reset email sent to them and NOT one email reset has been sent to my account i have answered every question they have
asked me and still nothing.....

Have Midcontinent email address and it will not pull up to use on Surface RT.
When I create a meeting in Outlook 2013, it shows that meeting as being scheduled 3 hours later in Outlook.com.
This update also cascades down to my phone.
Please advise.

I am on Hotmail Plus then why do I am getting this message that my hotmail has grown in size and also unable to receive email messages.
